A Day In The Life Of People Who Need Aluminum Stress Relief

It seems the world we live in today is much more stressful than in days past. When I talk to my parents and grandparents about stress, they admit that they had stress, but it was different than the stress we have today. Yes, they worried about money, too. But a lot less than today. Back then, there was job security, and you could spend your entire life building a career with just one employer. The stresses in life today are nearly overwhelming. Everyone is looking for a different way to relieve stress. There are fitness clubs opening up on every corner, vitamin companies are now selling hundreds of vitamins to combat stress and the herbal tea market has cornered the tea market in terms of sales. But there is one stress that no person or company has been able to help with yet. The area of aluminum stress relief has virtually been left untouched.

What is Aluminum Stress Relief?

Aluminum Stress Relief

Aluminum is literally driving people crazy. There is aluminum everywhere and there doesn't seem to be any aluminum stress relief in sight. For instance, the stay at home mom who cooks and cleans for her five kids, husband, two dogs, cat and parakeet, has a multitude of pots and pans to wash and clean every day. Not to mention all of the clings and clangs from each aluminum pot and pan when each child gives drumming a shot.

The dog clangs his chain collar against the water bowl every time he has a drink and in the summer that's a lot of clangs. The cat, of course, has to bat his crunched up ball of aluminum foil against the steel back door a hundred times a day and then takes his claws and drags them across the aluminum birdcage; that is really annoying. Aluminum stress relief really needs a scientific study conducted on it.

Aluminum is harmful to the body

But this is not the aluminum stress we are talking about! We are talking about the number of products in our environment made of aluminum and how bad aluminum is for the human body. As we mentioned above, aluminum cookware is common in most homes. Aluminum pie plates and TV dinners all come in aluminum packaging.

Recent medical studies have shown that aluminum may be one of the causes of Alzheimer's Disease. In people who suffered from Alzheimer's, autopsies of the person's brain show higher than normal levels of aluminum. While the findings are still preliminary, this seems more than coincidental.

When we cook with aluminum cookware, small, even minute, amounts of aluminum come out of the cookware and into our food. Over time, this amount of aluminum builds up in the bloodstream. Also, the deodorants and antiperspirants that most people use contain high levels of aluminum that are absorbed by the skin.

And if all this aluminum ends up in the brain, it is no wonder that people with high amounts of aluminum in their bodies have stress-related problems. Again, science is just starting to try to study the correlation between aluminum and stress and how to get relief from it.

Try to Eliminate Aluminum From Your Life and Body

For now, one of the best things you can do to avoid aluminum induced stress is to cut out as much aluminum from your life as possible. The first step is to eliminate aluminum cookware and switch to enamel, cast iron, or glass cookware. Also, switch to a natural deodorant and get rid of the aluminum-filled antiperspirants on the market today.

With these common sense approaches to aluminum stress relief, you should start to see an improvement in your health. You may also want to try a detox and cleansing program to remove heavy metals from your body.
